Pricing

Every project is unique, and pricing depends on project scope, materials, construction requirements, and design complexity. We provide a quote after your consultation and design phase. 

Here are a few examples of what you can expect:

$10,000 - $30,000: Small to medium-sized projects, typically front yard only or backyard only. May include softscaping such as plant installations and perennial beds, carpentry installations, and patio areas. 

$30,000 - $60,000: Medium to large-sized projects with multiple features. May include bed installation and planting, carpentry features, entertainment areas, and fire pits. 

$60,000 and beyond: Large, Complex projects for full yards. May include excavation and re-grading, retaining walls, pathways, carpentry features, and entertainment areas.

• Materials (stone, wood, lighting, water features, planters, etc.)
• Structural elements (retaining walls, decks, pergolas)
• Planting volume and complexity
• Site access and grade conditions

Residential – 2D Scaled Plan | Build Ready

For Homeowners who want a complete layout for a typical residential yard.

Standard | $450 | Simple designs including patio, planting, or lawn, with no major grading

Enhanced | $525 | Elevated design with 2-3 features such as fire pit, walkway, pergolas, footprint, raised beds, etc.

Complex | $600 |  For complex designs with multiple levels, retaining walls, drainage considerations, or carpentry features

What is Included:

• 2D scaled plan with one revision and build estimate
• Basic planting, hardscape layout, materials and lighting list

3D Detailed Plan (Build Ready)

For Homeowners who want a comprehensive premium design that is ready for construction.

Standard Full Design | $650 | For urban lots or moderately complex projects

High Complexity Design | $850 |  For multi-feature yards, major grade changes, or multi-phased projects 

Premium & Estate | $1,050 | For large estates or highly complex projects

Our Process

Designing Your Vision 

You’ll meet with one of our professional designers on site to explore your ideas and preferences. During this collaborative session, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your vision, space, functionality, and budget. Together, you’ll develop a design plan that aligns with your vision. 

Preparing your Build 

Following your approval, we’ll order the necessary materials and prepare the designated area for construction. To maintain transparency, we provide details to you and your neighbours regarding our upcoming activities. 

Building your Landscape 

Before construction starts, there is a final on-site review of the design with your designer and project manager. Our crew will notify the neighbours that we are working in the area, and materials will start to arrive. Communication is key, so we keep you informed through the build. Final adjustments are made before a final through to ensure you are thrilled with your investment. 

Realizing Your Vision 

Your aftercare specialist will initiate the warranty process. They will assist with new plants during the current season and evaluate your yard the following spring to replace any trees, shrubs, or plants that didn’t survive their first winter.
