Our Process

1. Consultation 

We meet with you to understand your needs, concerns, and vision for your outdoor space. We’ll ask questions, listen carefully, and gather information about the project you have in mind. For your safety and convenience, our consultation process can now be done via phone or video call. We’ll follow up by independently visiting your property to collect measurements and important information about your current landscape.

2. Design 

Using the information you’ve shared with us, and the data we’ve collected about your landscape, our experienced design professionals use leading-edge landscape design software to develop an interactive, 3D model of our proposed design.

3. Presentation 

We’ll give you the opportunity to view and give feedback on the design to further tailor it to your vision. This collaborative process will continue between you and your designer until you feel ready to approve the design.

4. Installation 

When the time comes to break ground, our skilled team of landscapers will visit the property to bring it all to life. We work together as a team to keep your project moving efficiently while ensuring that all of our workmanship and safety practises remain above industry standard. Our hardworking team holds themselves to an exceptional standard of service, going above and beyond to complete projects on-time and on-budget.

5. Warranty 

Once the work is completed, all Salisbury landscapes are backed by a 1-year warranty. If you have any concerns about any of the structures, materials, or plants installed as part of your project, simply get in touch! Our dedicated warranty team will contact you to troubleshoot the issue, and if needed, we’ll send out a crew to ensure your concerns are addressed as quickly as possible.
