Design Fees
Residential - 2D Scaled Plan | Build Ready
For homeowners who want a complete layout for a typical residential yard.
Standard | $450 | Simple designs including patio, planting, or lawn, with no major grading
Enhanced | $525 | Elevated design with 2-3 features such as fire pit, walkway, pergolas, footprint, raised beds, etc.
Complex | $600 | For complex designs with multiple levels, retaining walls, drainage considerations, or carpentry features

- 2D scaled plan with one revision and build estimate
- Basic planting, hardscape layout, material and lighting list
3D Detailed Plan | Build Ready
For homeowners who want a comprehensive premium design, ready for construction.
Standard Full Design | $650 | For urban lots or moderately complex projects
High Complexity Design | $850 | For multi-feature yards, major grade changes, or multi-phased projects
Premium & Estate | $1,050 | For large estates or highly complex projects
What Is Included:
- 2D scaled plan + 3D rendering, with up to two revisions and a build estimate

Garden Bed Design and Consultation
This is a seasonal service that is available from April through October.
Concept Sketch | In-Store Consultation | $175
For homeowners who are in early planning stages, or have a small, simple project, such as a garden bed design
What this Includes:
- 60 minutes In-store consultation with one of our experienced design reps
- Rough hand sketch and high-level recommendations
- Discount on plants listed in the sketch
Concept Sketch | Onsite Consultation | $300
For homeowners in the early planning stages or who have a small, simple project in mind.
What this includes:
- One on-site 45-60min consultation with one of our experienced design reps
- Rough hand-sketch with planning plans
- High-level recommendations and general plant & hardscape suggestions
- Discount on plants listed in the sketch

Our Process
Design Consultation
You’ll meet with one of our professional designers on site to explore your ideas and preferences. During this collaborative session, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your vision, space, and functionality
Concept Development
Your designer will develop a landscape concept, including hardscape product recommendations and planting suggestions, tailored to your yard. This is where your vision begins to take shape on paper, starting with a 2D and or 3D design plan.
Refining the Design
Based on your feedback, we’ll refine your design to adjust details, materials, and plant selections.
Final Design Delivery
After the final revision, you’ll receive a design package, including the 2D and/or 3D renderings, basic planting plan, hardscape layout, materials list, and build estimate. This package gives you everything you need to move forward with construction when you are ready.
